Limousine Rates / Fare

We offer online quotations for airport transfers and corporate transfers across all capital cities in Australia for your convenience.

Our hourly rates cover a 10 km radius and require a minimum booking of two (2) hours. Rates vary depending on the vehicle type and occasion. For distances exceeding 10 km, additional charges will apply based on the distance traveled.

Sydney Limousine Services - Terms & Conditions

1. Minimum Pickup Fee

  • The minimum pickup fee for an Executive Car (4 passengers max) is $88.80.

2. Vehicle Categories & Selection

  • There are seven (7) vehicle categories available:
    1. Executive Car
    2. European Sedan
    3. Luxury SUV
    4. People Movers (Small)
    5. People Movers (Big)
    6. Chrysler Stretch Limousine
    7. Hummer Stretch Limousine
  • No specific vehicle choice is allowed for bookings under a vehicle category; the first available vehicle from the fleet will be dispatched.
  • Special requests for a specific car, limo, or color will incur a higher surcharge.

3. Hourly Travel Services

  • A minimum booking of two (2) hours is required for special needs, including:
    • Weddings
    • Sightseeing
    • Corporate Transfers
    • Tours
  • Pricing may vary based on the destination.
  • Hourly rates apply within a 10 km radius from the downtown area for the first 2 hours.
  • If the travel distance exceeds 10 km, customers must obtain a quotation from the “Instant Quotation >> Booking” section on the website.

4. Waiting Time Policy

  • A 10-minute complimentary waiting time is included with the fare.
  • After 10 minutes, a waiting charge applies in 15-minute increments, based on the hourly rate for the hired vehicle.

5. Detours & Additional Stops

  • Any extra pickups or detours within a 5 km radius will incur an additional charge ranging from $11.10 to $111.00 per stop.

6. Child Seat Requests

  • Child safety seats are available upon request for an additional $16.65 per seat, as per NSW child seat regulations:
    • Baby Capsule (0–6 months)
    • Child Seat (7 months–4 years)
    • Booster Seat (4–7 years)

7. Meet & Greet Service

  • Drivers will wait in the arrival hall with a name sign for airport and seaport pickups.

8. Late-Night & Special Event Surcharges

  • A 20% surcharge applies for services between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
  • Higher surcharges apply for special events, including but not limited to:
    • New Year’s Eve (4:00 PM, Dec 31 – 6:00 AM, Jan 1)
    • Sydney Olympic Park events
    • Moore Park events
    • Racecourse events
  • For these events, the Special Events Transfer Type must be selected.
  • If the wrong transfer type is chosen:
    • The booking will be canceled.
    • A 10% surcharge will apply.
    • If canceled within 7 days, a 50% booking fee will be charged.

9. Booking Cancellation Rights

  • Sydney Limousine Services reserves the right to cancel bookings if:
    1. The incorrect transfer type is selected for special events (Sydney Olympic Park, Racecourse, New Year’s Eve, Moore Park, and other major venues).
    2. Mechanical issues, accidents, or operational reasons occur. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
    3. The wrong category is selected, in which case the price difference will be charged to the credit card used for booking.

10. Flight Delays & Airport Pickup

  • For Sydney Airport pickups, if a flight delay exceeds 55 minutes, there is a possibility of:
    • Booking cancellation for Chrysler or Hummer Stretch Limousines.
    • Alternative vehicle arrangements (excluding stretch limousines) at no extra charge.

Pickup from the Airport:

No extra waiting time is charged for up to 25 minutes from the domestic terminal and 55 minutes from the international terminal after flight landing. However, additional charges apply for extended delays due to customs clearance or baggage retrieval. An extra airport toll may also be applicable based on the designated limo category and hourly rate. Flight delays are monitored, and no additional charges apply unless the flight is changed without prior notification.

Sydney International Airport - Terminal One (T1)

Our Chauffeur will hold your designated name sign board in the arrival hall and SMS to you during the flight landing, so please provide international or local mobile phone number on your reservation. There are two exits A & B in the Sydney International Arrival Hall where the chauffeur waits after 20 minutes the flight lands with the sign according to your flight number. If there is any problem to find the driver, please always call +61439853700.

Sydney Domestic Airport - Terminal Two (T2)

There is designated Limousine pick up spots for T2 where the chauffeur waits with the name board after 15 minutes flight lands outside of carousel four or five for the domestic flight of Virgin Australia, Jet Star, Rex and Pelican Airways and you will receive SMS with car registration number  from the driver during the landing. If there is any problem to find the driver, please always call +61439853700.

Sydney Domestic Airport - Terminal Three (T3)

Limousine pick up spots for T3 where the chauffeur waits with the name board after 15 minutes flight land outside of carousel two or one  for the flight domestic Qantas Airways only, and you will receive SMS with car registration number. If there is any problem to find the driver, please always call  +61439853700.

International Terminal - Interstate City

The chauffeur waits with the name sign according to your flight number in the Arrival Hall after 20 minutes the flight lands and you will receive SMS from the driver during the flight landing time. If there is any problem to find the driver, please always call +61439853700.

Domestic Airport - Interstate City

The chauffeur waits with the name board after 15 minutes flight lands at designated carousel area for the domestic flight. If there is any problem to find the driver, please always call +61439853700.

Booking Cancellation Policy:

A cancellation fee applies if you cancel your reservation at the last minute, as follows:

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the booking time will incur a 25% cancellation fee of the total pickup cost. If you choose to reschedule, an additional 20% rebooking fee will apply.
  • Cancellations within 48 hours of the booking time will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the total pickup cost.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours of the booking time will be charged 100% of the total pickup cost.
  • Stretch Limousines (Hummer & Chrysler) and Mercedes Vans (People Movers Small & Big):
    • A 50% cancellation fee applies once the booking confirmation is sent.
    • If canceled within 7 days of the booking time, 100% of the total cost will be charged.

Important Notes:

  • Failure to arrive (“No Show”) will result in a full charge with no refunds.
  • Sydney Limousine Services provides a complete price list for routes between Sydney CBD, suburbs, and Sydney Airport for convenience.
